Many thanks to the 2021 Conference Planning Committee!
In this session, we hope to achieve the following outcomes: (a) provide the rationale for intensive intervention; (b) describe the 5 steps in the data-based individualization (DBI) process, and; (c) access and use the National Center on Intensive Intervention (NCII) resources to support implementation of DBI. We will be sharing a variety of practical resources to support DBI, including literacy, math, and behavioral evidence-based practices, sample lessons, quality progress monitoring tools, and how to effectively engage in DBI even when there may not be an evidence-based intervention for a student's specific support need.
